great staff but lacked personal touch

The team was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went the extra mile to store our bikes safely, which I greatly appreciated.

The experience felt slightly impersonal at times.

delicious breakfast

we had a lovely stay at mason's arms bed & breakfast. the double room was comfy, and the ensuite shower was lush! the breakfast was delightful, and the landlady was genuinely warm and proud of her establishment. the sheltered sunny beer garden was a nice touch, too!

Friendly staff, comfortable restaurant, along with great food served hot made my experience enjoyable, and the convenient off-site car park allowed for easy access to local attractions.

What a charming spot! The cozy atmosphere and lovely locals made for a delightful stay. Perfect base for exploring with some great local ales too!

The only downside? I had to leave eventually! Not quite the vacation I envisioned when I booked a room with such cozy beds!

I had a delightful stay at Mason's Arms. The rooms exceeded my expectations with charming decor and cleanliness. The welcoming staff truly made me feel at home. The food, particularly breakfast, was exceptional. Only downside, a bit isolated from main roads, but totally worth it!

pleasant stay with a few quirks

The staff provided personalized service with friendly chats, especially Steve. The attention to detail in the dining experience stood out as the garlic mushroom starter was exceptional.

The pub has a ghost but that added an interesting twist to the stay.
